CANCELLATION POLICY

If the Outbound Tour is cancelled for any reason what-so-ever, including cases of visa rejection or voluntary cancellation by the User the cancellation charges as mentioned in the brochure or the itinerary will apply. In the absence of any such information, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Time Period

  • Cancellation less than 45 days of arrival
  • Cancellation less than 30 days of arrival
  • Cancellation less than 15 days of arrival
  • No Show

Charges

  • 35% retention will be charged
  • 65% retention will be charged
  • 95% retention will be charged
  • 100% retention will be charged

 

User Agreement, Privacy Policy and Company Terms of triFete shall apply.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

The User expressly undertakes to provide triFete with correct and valid information while making use of the Website under this User Agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts.

Any default on part of the User would disentitle the User from availing the services from triFete.

In case triFete discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of the travelers is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by that User.

triFete shall be entitled to appropriate legal remedies against the User, including cancellation of the bookings, without any prior intimation to the User.

In such an event, triFete shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any other person in the booking, as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.

If any judicial, quasi-judicial, investigation agency, government authority approaches triFete to cancel any booking, triFete will cancel the same without approaching the concerned User whose booking has been cancelled.

The User shall not hold triFete responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by triFete for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers.

This would also include triFete denying or cancelling any bookings on account of suspected fraud transactions.
